TOPIC: VALUE OF PRAISE
SCRIPTURE: But you are holy, you who inhabit the praises of Israel - Psalm 22:3
MEMORY VERSE: Psalm 145:1
DIGGING DEEP: Praise is a posture of our inner self to God. It is an exclamation mark not a question mark for what God has done. Nothing attracts God unto us like praise. Whenever we pray God might probably send Angele's to bring us our answers but when we praise Him he personally comes Himself.
Psalms 149:6 says let the high praise of the Lord be in our mouths..." So praise in our lives brings God into our lives.
Our anchor Scripture says that "you are holy, you who inhabit the praises of Israel"
The implication is that:
1. Praise is Gods own house: God lives in praise. So to be full of praise is a guarantor to assess to God Himself.
2. Praise establishes you in GOD’s presence: You can pray to GOD from a distance but, you cannot praise Him from a distance because, praise brings you to the very presence of GOD. GOD may assign an angel to you when you pray, but when you praise, GOD Himself comes to you (Ps 22:3).
3. Praise is God's address: When you write a letter and you dont have the right address, you will not get response to it. Praise is His address. So to recieve answers is to always praise God. Nothing guarantee's answers to our requests like addressing it with praise to our God.
4. To be full of God is to be full of praise: Everyone that is loaded with praise is loaded with divine presence.
5. To experience God is to praise Him: When Jeohasaphat and Isreal praised God, He laid ambush against their enemies and the reproach of war was handled by God (2Chronicles 20:22).
6. Any deep worshipper of God will be an Holy person: If we genuinely live the praise life, we can't be devoid of holiness and holiness makes us see God. You can easily express the character of God if you always make praise your lifestyle.
To be dry of God is to be dry of praise.
The life of God is communicated unto us when we praise Him. Praise is a game changer because any where God lives nothing can go wrong there.
I pray for you today experience God via praise in Jesus' name.
