TOPIC: FAITHFULNESS: KEY TO INCREASE
SCRIPTURE: His lord said unto him, Well done, thou good and faithful servant: thou hast been faithful over a few things, I will make thee ruler over many things: enter thou into the joy of thy lord - Matthew 25:21
MEMORY VERSE: Proverbs 28:20
DIGGING DEEP: To be faithful is an open cheque into the life of promotion and increase. God always rewards faithfulness.
Faithfulness is to be trustworthy and reliable. The measure to which God will respond and empower us is to the measure to which we are faithful. Big and bigger assignments are reserved for faithful people. No faithfulness no rulership. There are too many people today who wants to be greatly anointed, there are those who crave for the Elijah's mantle, Moses's mantle, Elisha's mantle and so on; and they are tired of asking because it seems it isn't given to them. Beloved you can fast, pray, and study but if unfaithfulness is in you God cannot deal with you on higher dimensions.
Our anchor Scripture reveals that:
A. Every faithful servant recieves Divine appreciation and approval: "His lord said unto him, Well done...faithful servant..." Faithfulness is what makes you appreciate in the kingdom, while unfaithfulness depreciates one. If you are faithful, you carry upon you the seal of kingdom approval.
B. Every faithful servant is good: "His lord said unto him...thou good and faithful servant..." Faithful people are beneficial to God, and are useful to the kingdom.
C. Every one rated faithful must pass the little things test: "...thou hast been faithful over a few things..." The examination of faithful people starts with little things. Little things are the bait that fishes out great things. When God gives you few people, little money, small opportunities and so on, let there be no stories of unfaithfulness. Let there be no question mark hanging on your head.
D. Faithfulness is the doorway to rulership: "... I will make thee ruler over many things..." Many are fame drunk and are incapacitated by the force of unfaithfulness. The show of unfaithfulness has prevented many people the possibility of rising to the top in life.
As a worker if you are not faithful in another man's business, God can't give you your own (Luke 17:12). As a pastor if you are not faithful with church finances and the people God brings to you, God won't give you more.
E. Faithfulness is pivotal to joy: "...enter thou into the joy of thy lord." To enjoy all of the blessing of God you must be found faithful.
It is faithfulness that brings us into the given realm.
I want you to deal with every seed of unfaithfulness in your life, so that you will recieve Divine approval into dimensions of Grace and Glory you can never imagine.
PRAYER: O Lord, every trace of unfaithfulness be deleted from me now in Jesus' name.
