TOPIC: WAITING UPON THE LORD
SCRIPTURE: But they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint - Isaiah 40:31
MEMORY VERSE: Acts 1:7-8
DIGGING DEEP: Waiting on the Lord is camping with God. It is not been too busy to seek Gods heart, His ways and His face. It is having time with God no matter the tightness of your schedules. It is putting God has a major part of your schedules. It is taking time out from the presence of men and embedding yourself into the atmosphere of the throne of grace. There are folks today who wait on God only when there is a need at hand, and there are those who don't wait upon the Lord at all. Waiting on the Lord helps you maintain the steam of consistency with the Lord. Consistently waiting upon the Lord brings you to a realm of 'high tension flow' of supernatural electrical charge. It is a generator of strong intimacy with the Father. It emboldens our spirit, and empowers our faith. What makes us grow consistenly deep in the Lord is our contact with Him. Learn not to make your contact with God not seasonal but daily and improve to the level that it is instant in season and out of season. By this your spiritual temperature will not be subnormal but perfectly normal.
Our anchor Scripture reveals three great effect of waiting on the Lord:
1. Renewed Strength: Those that wait upon the Lord are always fresh in the spirit. They are not dry, everytime they speak the word, it is fresh, their ideas are fresh and even their personality is fresh. There is renewed energy, zeal and passion. Many are moribound and weak in pursuit of God and their dreams, assignment and calling because of the lack of energy. You cannot consistenly be waiting upon God and lack the energy you need for life and destiny.
2. Mount Up: There is no way you will be waiting on God and you mount down in life. You always mount up because the one you are focusing upon is the Most High.
3. Your Steps Are Progressive: It does not matter your state either you are running, walking or flying you can't faint or be weary. This means you can't get frustrated or tired along the way, you just keep on making spiritual and physical progress.
HOW TO WAIT UPON THE LORD:
A. Periodic Consecrational Fast: You can't wait on God fasting and your life won't be on the fast lane because fasting is the sacrifice of flesh before the altar of God and so the weight of flesh cannot slow you down.
B. Consistent Praying Life: Praying is a powerful tool of communion with God. Waiting upon the Lord empowers your communion with God and increases unction.
C. Persistent Study Of The Word Of God And Relevant Books: Reading Gods word exposes your mind to the mind of the Lord and you begin to mind the things He minds. And He mends the things that ought to be mended in your life.
D. Untiring Desire For God: Waiting is sponsored by your passion and desire for God. It is the vehicle to getting Divine attention anytime because God flows in the direction of the heart of those who desire Him.
Today develop and unquenchable desire to wait upon God.
PRAYER: O Lord i wait on you, give me strength to pursue your asssignment for my life in Jesus' name.

TOPIC: SECRET TO ANSWERED PRAYERS
SCRIPTURE: Again I say unto you, That if two of you shall agree on earth as touching any thing that they shall ask, it shall be done for them of my Father which is in heaven.
For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there am I in the midst of them - Matthew 18:19-20
MEMORY VERSE: Matthew 21:22
DIGGING DEEP: Answers to prayers is a prove of Divine visitation and presence around us. God answers us when we pray to show to the world that we are not calling on a none existing God, to prove to us that He loves us and that He hears us when we call upon Him. Our anchor Scripture shows that one key to answered prayers is the absence of disagreement.
God dislikes disunity, arguements, unhealthy debates, quarreling, the absence of peace and tranquility in a place, people, church and family. This is a cheap way to make the Holy Spirit step aside of the affairs of our lives.
Disagreement is one stronghold for unanswered prayers. It is a satanic device to waste our prayer fire and disprove that our Lord is not a prayer answering God.
Keeping offense is a cheap way of removing ourselves from the fence of Gods blessings. It breaks our defence and brings in the enemy which blocks us from recieving answers.
Praying together does not equal praying in agreement. When prayer comes from people in discord it comes like a noise unto God and it is unpleasant; but when it comes from people in agreement, their voice resounds before God in harmonious sound which is pleasant unto God. Praying in disagreement is noise, but praying in agreement is making harmonious sound unto God. It gets Gods attention and produces answers.
Praying together with saints, your wife and family builds strengthen in us and empowers relationship. Beloved, without intentional, spiritual relationships, our love for God can grow cold.
Agreement is an unbreakable two fold cord ("That if two of you shall agree on earth as touching any thing that they shall ask, it shall be done..."). It binds expectations to answers. It moves expectations from it's crude state to it's refined state.
Agreement is a product of forgiveness which is the bedrock for accessing God. Because you can't habour unforgiveness and expect God to hear you.
Unforgiveness polutes our spiritual atmosphere, weakens and incapacitates our faith and so we have no strength to draw answers from the presence of God.
Today, do all you can to stop the devil in his tracks by cutting off the cord of disunity and quarreling in your home and amongst brethren. Allow the joyful, loving and calm atmosphere of the Holy Spirit to reign in your life and in your midst. By so doing we will be amazed at the amazing results we get when we approach the throne of grace for anything.
Remember that our expectations can be turned into tangible realities if we are in agreement.
I pray for you, anything fuelling disagreement in your home is arrested now in Jesus' name.
PRAYER: I come against every seed of disagreement in my home be destroyed right now in Jesus' name.
I decree and declare that the joy of the Lord fills my heart always in Jesus' name.
Today i forgive all those who have hurt me in Jesus' name.

TOPIC: THE POWER OF PERSEVERANCE.
SCRIPTURE: And Caleb stilled the people before Moses, and said, Let us go up at once, and possess it; for we are well able to overcome it - Numbers 13:30
MEMORY VERSE: Romans 5:3-4
DIGGING DEEP: Every conqueror you see has an irresistable force flowing within and it is the force of perseverance. Successful people never give up. They sustain the motion of their assignment, dreams and destiny by a "don’t quit attitude" even when they encounter inevitable roadblocks and setbacks. They keep trying, working, and persisting long after the average person has thrown in the towel. They persevere to the end.
One of the most common causes of failure is quitting too soon.
Perseverance is the staying power of champions. It is the energy behind their ruggedity, the energy behind their consistency.
There is no insurmountable barrier that can stop you except for the lack of persistence. Most failures are due to not having a bulldog like tenacity.
There is a connection between perserverance and faith. The strength of perserverance is hope, and hope is a major ingredient of faith (Hebrews 11:1). So therefore, the absence of perseverance births faithlessness and then hopelessness which makes one to give up easily.
Perseverance dissolves obstacles. The only guarantee for failure is to stop trying.
Quitting has more to do with your mentality than external events. Mentality shapens your personality and your personality becomes your identity.
Many today are quitters and that is why we have more starters than finishers and more beginners than graduates.
Perserving spirit births steadfastness and it makes your faith work even under presssure. It gives you ability to focus on your goals rather than the distractions around.
Caleb in our anchor Scripture was speaking after some selected people brought a faithless news that going to Cannan is an impossible task. They literaly told them to forget about the promise and quit. But Caleb full of faith stood up and said we are well able. Beloved, God won't give you and asssignment without grace to help through. Before the asssignment was given, grace was released, so don't give up nor quit. You are able and capable of achieving that dream. Recieve the tenacity to push until something happens in Jesus' name.
Remember this: If you must enter into the blessings God has reserved for you, then you must persevere.
PRAYER: O Lord i refuse to give up in Jesus' name.
I recieve the finishers anointing in Jesus' name.
Every seed of inconsistency delaying the manifestation of my destiny i destroy now in Jesus' name.

TOPIC: THE BEAUTY OF WORSHIP
SCRIPTURE: O worship the LORD in the beauty of holiness: fear before him, all the earth - Psalm 96:9
MEMORY VERSE: Joshua 6:20
DIGGING DEEP: Worship is a system that transports you into Divine arena. The avenue of worship is the seat of God Himself. It is a place of contact with God; every contact with God leaves you with unforgetable impact.
One of the most eternal moments i cheerish is the place of worship. Just sitting down for hours pouring out deep songs of adoration before the throne or just saying words from my heart to the Father and before you know it, God walks in. This fuels energy and you will just begin to speak in tongues and hear Gods lovely voice. A times visible angelic presence becomes dense and visible as a result of this.
What makes worship beautiful indeed is not just the song, not the words, not the serenity of your environment, not self righteousness, not the music, nor your emotion. Worship becomes beautiful when Divine presence is attracted, it becomes beautiful when the glory (splendour and beauty) of God is expressed to you, in you and by you. It is an encounter with the presence of the Lord that counters and alters the seasons of your life in alignment with grace and this in consonance produces beauty in your own life.
What happens in the presence of God?
A. The presence of God dissolves mysteries: Daniel and his friends dissolved mysteries because they have access to Divine presence (Daniel 2:16-19).
B. Contact with His presence impacts you with His essence: God is holy, righteous and true amongst others. So it is not possible to encounter Him and not carry with you a measure of His personality.
C. The presence of God Dissolves obstacles: There are situations in life that are as tough like the moutnain, some are deep and consuming like the seas. But when Gods presence shows up they melt away (Ps 114)
D. The presence of God produces earth/ground shaking results: It was the presence of God that arrested the darkness encapsulated earth (Genesis 1:1-3).
E. The presence of God blasts away the foundation of captivity: The root of any form of captivity be it marital delay, financial embargo, stagnation, sickness and so on is handled in the presence of God (Acts 10:26).
D. The presence of God opens prison doors and indeed all doors: There are doors that may be shot against you, it opens on its own at the presence of God (Acts 16:26).
Beloved, you see how powerful worship is. It is an avenue of Divine exchange where God beautifies your life with His glory.
Today, take out quality time out with God, worshipping Him in the beauty of His holiness and see wonders breaking before you today in Jesus' name.
PRAYER: O Lord, today i recieve grace to practice worship until it becomes a part of me in Jesus' name.

SEEKING GOD: KEY TO PROSPERITY

TOPIC: SEEKING GOD: KEY TO PROSPERITY
SCRIPTURE: And he sought God in the days of Zechariah, who had understanding in the visions of God: and as long as he sought the LORD, God made him to prosper - 2 Chronicles 26:5
MEMORY VERSE: Matthew 6:33
DIGGING DEEP: It is unfortunate that many today are not committed to God as it ought to be. People's priority is money making, career development and so on. The least time they have for God is for some sort of 'beggarly prayer requests' such as "God give me this, God give me that." That is why many today do not experience the dynamic power of God. If you are not committed to God you are technically ommitting yourself from His blessings. Let me re-emphasize it again, if you can't be committed to God, you are ommitted from His blessings.
Why is it important to seek God wholeheartedly?
1. It keeps your whole functioning for God: When your whole heart is seeking and yearning for God, serving God won't be an issue for you.
2. It keeps you from compromise and falling: When you are totally preoccupied with looking for God, you can't be looking for avenues to sin.
3. It gives you root in God: Seeking God is key to your growth in God.
4. Those who look for God don't struggle for things: God pays the bills of those who seek Him earnestly because God delights in the prosperity of His servants (Psalm 35:27, Matthew 6:33).
5. Seekers are seers: you can't seek God and not see God. When you see God, you encounter His personality and the essence of His person rubs off on you.
There is a link between a prosperous life and serving God. Seeking God plants you in the realm of endless prosperity. Devotion unto God gives elevation in life.
Our anchor Scripture speaks of king Uzziah that "... as long as he sought the LORD, God made him to prosper." This king made the search for God His topmost priority and it resulted in all around prosperity.
Prosperity is Gods own agenda for His people. To seek God is to live in ceaseless prosperity but not to seek Him is to be registered in poverty. But this won't be your portion in Jesus' name.
Finally, show God how committed you are to Him by your lifestyle of giving. Give Him your life, time, resources and energy, put God first in everything you do and i bet you, you will begin experience Divine attention and prosperity like you have never known before.
PRAYER: O Lord give me unquenchable appetite and desire of seeking after the things of Your kingdom everyday of my life in Jesus' name.

TOPIC: SEEKING GOD: KEY TO PROSPERITY
SCRIPTURE: And he sought God in the days of Zechariah, who had understanding in the visions of God: and as long as he sought the LORD, God made him to prosper - 2 Chronicles 26:5
MEMORY VERSE: Matthew 6:33
DIGGING DEEP: It is unfortunate that many today are not committed to God as it ought to be. People's priority is money making, career development and so on. The least time they have for God is for some sort of 'beggarly prayer requests' such as "God give me this, God give me that." That is why many today do not experience the dynamic power of God. If you are not committed to God you are technically ommitting yourself from His blessings. Let me re-emphasize it again, if you can't be committed to God, you are ommitted from His blessings.
Why is it important to seek God wholeheartedly?
1. It keeps your whole functioning for God: When your whole heart is seeking and yearning for God, serving God won't be an issue for you.
2. It keeps you from compromise and falling: When you are totally preoccupied with looking for God, you can't be looking for avenues to sin.
3. It gives you root in God: Seeking God is key to your growth in God.
4. Those who look for God don't struggle for things: God pays the bills of those who seek Him earnestly because God delights in the prosperity of His servants (Psalm 35:27, Matthew 6:33).
5. Seekers are seers: you can't seek God and not see God. When you see God, you encounter His personality and the essence of His person rubs off on you.
There is a link between a prosperous life and serving God. Seeking God plants you in the realm of endless prosperity. Devotion unto God gives elevation in life.

MEMORY VERSE: John 21:25
DIGGING DEEP: Do you know that there is a relationship between impact you make and time?
Do you know that if you live out your Divine abilities so well, even time will feel the impact? Scripture revealed that "And he sought God in the days of Zechariah, who had understanding in the visions of God..." Here Zechariah's impact was so pronounced that even God forgot the year and called it "the days of Zechariah." It is possible to be so impactful that what all men remember is the times of your life and when they want to talk, they use your impact as the refference point. Before Christ came time was mentioned in refference to the flood. But Jesus had such an everlasting impact so much that time was changed. Time before Jesus was affected and it is called B.C meaning before Christ and time after Him is called A.D after Christ hence Christ became the centre point linking times, seasons, and dispensations together. Without Christ time is timeless, useless and valueless.
Jesus came into the world showcasing the power, abilities, authority and wisdom of God, this changed the course of time. The impact Jesus made was so voluminous that no book on earth can record the exploits exploits He made while on earth.
Christ's impact was so powerful that time and age can never forget.
Beloved there are people who creates history and the world cannot forget them.
Character of impact makers:
1. They have something to deliver: Relevance is not an article you buy, it is a product of an impactful living. Anytime you stop giving to your world you stop living. To make impact you must know what you carry inside of you and give it out to your world. Jesus knew it and said "I am the light of the world" (John 9:5). It's over two thousand years now and that light is still shining on earth.
2. Living with time consciousness: Impact makers are not time wasters. Impact makers don't mark time, they make mark on time. John 9:4 Jesus the greatest impact maker of all time said "I must work the works of him that sent me, while it is day: the night cometh, when no man can work." Beloved if necessity is not known carelessness becomes the order of the day and wrecklessness and wastage becomes the product.
3. Driven with the force of urgency and purpose: There is an urgency in the realm of the spirit even nature and creation is waiting for our manifestation to impact. Men of impact have untiring restlessness and passion to fulfill what God has given to them.
4. God own it mentality: There is no gift, calling, mantle and so on that wasn't given to you by God. Leaving God out of what you are now is like cooking without fire. It is not only a waste of time but the finished product will never materialize.
Life is a championship that produces champions. Knowing and living for God enrolls you into the dynasty of champions. Making impact makes you a champion celebrated on earth and in eternity.
5. Take the risk: To make impact you must take the risk. Esther said "if i perish, i perish" (Esther 4:16). Take on it by faith because your faith determines your fate.
Beloved, it is time to pick up that dream, that ministry, that assignment, given to you by God and make full proof of it.
Finally, Zechariah's gift was understanding of Divine visions, he lived it to the full and generated impact. Don't make excuses take up your gift and maximize.
As a privileged servant of God, i decree that wisdom to generate impact is released upon you now in Jesus' name.

FINDING GOD

TOPIC: FINDING GOD
SCRIPTURE: And ye shall seek me, and find me, when ye shall search for me with all your heart - Jeremiah 29:13
MEMORY VERSE: Deuteronomy 4:29
DIGGING DEEP: The birth of Jesus brought God to man, infact Jesus is called Emmanuel meaning God is with us. The truth is that God is still very much with us as He was in that earthly human body, but the fact is that, not too many people have found Him yet. The reason why it looks hard to see/find God is because seekers are scarce. To see the manifestations and the move of God we must take out time to seek Him.
Laws of seeking:
FIRST LAW: Necessity determines what you do: The first thing that drives you to go after God is knowing that He is the only one you ever needded. Realization is key to actualisation. Beloved, how you spend your time and your money reveals what you are truly seeking after.
SECOND LAW: God's attention is drawn to you if the attention you give to Him is undivided: Nothing blocks God from you when you are totally focussed at Him. He is magnified in the life of those whose eyes are focussed on Him.
THIRD LAW: Our desperacy will provoke how expressly He fills us: Thirst is the prove that water is needed, and this drives you to get filled with water. The higher your thirst the more the drive to take in water. The stronger your thirst for God, the stronger your drive to have Him. So the more we thirst for God the more He fills us up. The more He fills us the more we want Him.
FOURTH LAW: If you seek you will find: Seekers are the one's that have encounters and discover the deep things of God. The more you seek Him the greater and deeper your dimension. What we find God to be in our lives is proven by how we seek Him.
FIFTH LAW: The litmus test for our search is our heart: Your heart is your life, so seeking God with your heart means seeking God with your life.
It moves you from the realm of religion into true relationship with God. It pulls you from merely been familiar with God to be intimate with Him. It is a God-seeking heart that initiates koinonia (intimacy and partnership) with God. It is what drives us into deep communion with God. I have come to understand that nothing empowers communication like communion. The more you commune with God the more He talks to you. The more He talks with you, the better you know Him. The more you do what He tells you, the more you find Him.
Finally, knowing God is key to finding God. Let your drive each day be that "i want to know You Lord."
I pray for you today, recieve an unquenchable hunger for the things of God in Jesus' name.
PRAYER: O Lord baptise me with unquenchable hunger for You in Jesus' name.

ANOINTING FOR DIVINE ANNOUNCEMENT

TOPIC: ANOINTING FOR DIVINE ANNOUNCEMENT
SCRIPTURE: And Jesus returned in the power of the Spirit into Galilee: and there went out a fame of him through all the region round about - Luke 4:14
MEMORY VERSE: Isaiah 10:27
DIGGING DEEP: In the first thirty years of Jesus' earthly life, nothing much was heard of Him, there was no miracles, nothing to show that He is indeed Supernatural. He had no influence until the heaven opened, He was anointed of the Holy Spirit and God had to announce Him. Luke 4:35 "And there came a voice out of the cloud, saying, This is my beloved Son: hear him." From that day anywhere He went, He was doing good, impacting lives; people and systems started listening to Him.
Divine announcement is:
i. God advertising your talents, your giftings and abilities to your world.
ii. It is God's glory rising upon you.
iii. It is God picking you from the back to the front.
iv. It means God lifting you so that all will see you.
v. Divine announcement is God giving you honour erradicating shame and bringing you to prominence.
vi. Divine Announcement means God manifesting His glory through you so that the World may see and receive His Love, Hope and Peace.
We are in a time and age that God wants to announce His people and that is why He has given us His Spirit (the anointing). The presence of the Holy Spirit announces you but when He is absent you dwell in obscurity. Notice two things when the Holy Spirit (who is the anointing) comes upon you:
a. Heaven over your life, your ministry, your family and so on will be opened.
b. You will expressly hear the Lord speaking to you and advertising you to the world.
Some signs that one is operating in obscurity:
1. Working without shining.
2. When you keep putting in your best but no one notices it.
3. When what God has placed in you is big but you cannot break into the point that it blesses people.
4. When you live life in a cycle and cannot break off a particular limit.
5. When you live life without evidence/proof.
6. Effort without any corresponding result.
7. When the gifts and abilities God has given you is appreciated, recieved or wrongly percieved, not valued and treated as thrash or unimportant by those it should be blessing.
8. It is been full of grace but yet no one notice it.
Nothing eliminates the forces of obscurity like the anointing.
Our anchor Scripture says that "And Jesus returned in the power of the Spirit into Galilee: and there went out a fame of him through all the region round about." Beloved Jesus returned with the anointing and His ministry began to spread, His works began to spread. Obscurity was broken and His relevance was released.
I speak into your life today you work will recieve evidence, chains of obscurity is broken in the name of Jesus.
PRAYER: O Lord i break every siege of obscurity over my destiny, career, giftings and talents in the name of Jesus.

TOPIC: PROVOKING THE PERFORMANCE OF THE ANOINTING.
SCRIPTURE: But you, when you fast, anoint your head and wash your face - Matthew 6:17
MEMORY VERSE: Isaiah 61:1
DIGGING DEEP: The anointing is a special endowment of the Holy Spirit. 2 Corinthians 1:21 states that, "Now He who establishes us with you in Christ and has anointed us is God, who also has sealed us and established the guarantee with the Spirit in our hearts." This reveals three important things:
a. HAVING CHRIST GIVES ACCESS TO THE ANOINTING: Christ means the anointed one and His anointing, our relationship with Christ is what brings us to the realm of the anointing. You can't have Jesus and not carry and manifest the anointing.
As it were, having Jesus the anointed one makes you a conduit for His power. When you walk in the anointing you have power, and express the supernatural.
b. THE HOLY SPIRIT HELPS YOU TO MAINTAIN THE ANOINTING: "...who also has sealed us and established the guarantee with the Spirit in our hearts."
c. GOD IS THE ONE ANOINTING MEN: ""Now He who establishes us with you in Christ and has anointed us is God..."
The power of God is in your life but how can it be stirred up, provoked or get it working?
1. Living To Please God: Any life that can attract God will attract the anointing. If God is faraway from you, His anointing will be faraway from you.
If you retain and maintain a Holy life, you will in all assurance manifest the anointing. Living a righteous life provokes the anointing (Hebrews 1:9)
2. High Density Prayer Life: There is a link between the anointing and prayer. Prayer puts you in the presence of God and you can't stay around God and not be anointed. For instance Lucifer stayed in the presence of God and became the anointed cherub (Ezekiel 28:14). Prayer sets up Supernatural wireless connection between you and the Lord and stirs within you the energy of God.
3. High Density Worship: Wherever pure worship exists the Holy Spirit will come. So if you become saturated with worship you will provoke the flow of the anointing.
4. High Level Of Spiritual Hunger: The level of your hunger for the anointing will determines the extent to which you will be filled with the oil of God.
5. Kingdom Service: When we serve God diligently and faithfully He literally empties Himself into you. For example Moses was busy in serving his father in-law and the mantle of deliverance was giving unto him. David was totally consumed in serving. He stayed in the bush taking care of his father's flock, so it was for Saul, he was moving from place to place in search of his father's lost donkey's when the oil was released upon them. If you can be sold out in our Fathers assignment, we will cheaply walk in the anointing. You don't deserve Powerful things like the anointing until you serve Him totally.
6. Allow The Holy Spirit: He is the anointing upon us today if we restrict Him to flow we won't experience the tangibility of the anointing.
7. Anointing Can Be Provoked By Mercy, And Compassion: Whenever Jesus come across people who are in need of healing, he had mercy and compassion upon them which then triggers the unction for healing. So also if we have deep seated compassion for people it will open the oil upon you to reach their lives with the beauty of God.
Finally, our anchor Scripture shows us a connection between fasting and the oil. You cannot be dedicating yourself to fasting and seeking God's face and not operate in the anointing.
I pray for you begin to operate in supernatural dimensions in Jesus' name.

TOPIC: NECESSITY OF THE ANOINTING: PROVOKES FAVOUR .
SCRIPTURE: 13 Then Samuel took the horn of oil, and anointed him in the midst of his brethren: and the Spirit of the Lord came upon David from that day forward. So Samuel rose up, and went to Ramah.
17 And Saul said unto his servants, Provide me now a man that can play well, and bring him to me.
18 Then answered one of the servants, and said, Behold, I have seen a son of Jesse the Bethlehemite, that is cunning in playing, and a mighty valiant man, and a man of war, and prudent in matters, and a comely person, and the Lord is with him.
21 And David came to Saul, and stood before him: and he loved him greatly; and he became his armourbearer.
22 And Saul sent to Jesse, saying, Let David, I pray thee, stand before me; for he hath found favour in my sight. ~ 1 Samuel 16:13, 17-18, 21-22
MEMORY VERSE: Proverbs 16:15
DIGGING DEEP: The anointing is the power of God in your life. The anointing is the presence and ambience of God in your life that makes you different from the crowd. There is nothing has potent and powerful like the anointing. The anointing moves you from where you are now to where God wants you to be.You can't be anointed and your destiny is stagnant or boxed into a corner.
Our anchor Scripture reveals that Samuel came into the house of Jesse just to bring the anointing upon David and this turned the story of David's life around forever. Three things happening in the life of David before the anointing came upon him.
a. He was left alone in the bush: Most highly anointed men and women of God are always abandoned in the first instance. So was David, he was abandoned.
b. He was not recognized in his family: He wasn't recognized to the point that he wasn't even called for the meeting with the prophet.
c. No one including his father believed in his destiny: so while others where been trained in other skilled areas of life to become great army commanders, no one saw his dream, no one believed in his abilities but was kept in the bush to only take care of animals.
But when the oil found him, even his father stood up for him until he was brought before the prophet to be anointed.
After the oil came upon David favour opened up for him. The oil qualified him to takeover from the point others (Saul) fell over. This anointing gave him acceptance when others weren't rejected, he was celebrated and achieved uncommon fit at a very young age.
Beloved, the anointing upon you equals favour on your life. The anointing puts favour upon you. David was the last child in Jesse's family but favour distinguished him from others.
The oil gave him favour before King Saul and he was promoted to becoming his armour bearer.
Finally, the oil of favour can change the seasons of your life. It was the anointing that gave Ruth favour before Boaz. I decree that by favour your God's ordained spouse is locating you, by favour you are going to receive unimaginable breakthroughs today in the name of Jesus.
PRAYER: O Lord put on me the oil of favour in Jesus' name.

TOPIC: NECESSITY OF THE ANOINTING: PROVOKER OF SPEED.
SCRIPTURE: And it shall come to pass in that day, that his burden shall be taken away from off thy shoulder, and his yoke from off thy neck, and the yoke shall be destroyed because of the anointing - Isaiah 10:27
MEMORY VERSE: 1 Kings 18:46
DIGGING DEEP: The anointing is the power of God upon you, it energizes, empowers and engraces you to be all that God has planned for you to be in this life. It is also the presence of God in your life. Beloved, there is a connection between the anointing and your speed in life. The rate at which you do things and how fast they all play out in your life is important to how you get to the destination God as earmarked for you.
We understand from our anchor Scripture that one of the major significance of the anointing is to remove burdens and destroy yokes off your life.
Burden is an heavy load and it has the capacity of weighing you down. While yoke is a link, a connection or something that you are joined or united unto and it has the capacity of controlling you.
There are ties and relationships that have become satanic and have become yokes instead of being a blessing to our lives. This remote controls your life and destiny hence reducing your speed in life and destiny.
Likewise, there are burdens on people that puts them down perpetually so that they cannot lift up their heads: but as a previledged servant of God any burden on your life, be it the burden of curses, fruitlessness, empty-handedness, sickness, marital delay, disfavor, sin and any form of burden on you limiting your speed and advancement in life and destiny it is lifted off your shoulders today in Jesus' name. Listen beloved the presence of the anointing makes you lighter to pursue your dreams, vision and divine mandates on your life.
Acts 10:38 states it clearly that "God anointed Jesus Christ of Nazareth with the Holy Spirit and power who went about doing good..."
How does the anointing provokes or gives you speed to fulfill destiny:
1. ENERGIZES YOU: "...went about doing..." it means that the anointing upon you will energize you to begin to move and do what you have been given by God to fulfill in your generation.
2. EMPOWERS YOU FOR UNCOMMON PERFORMANCE: "...who went about doing good..."
How you perform in life is connected with the anointing. The anointing upon you stirs you to begin to look for what to do and place in you the desire to do. In effect you cannot be carrying the anointing and be lazy or don't have what to do. Beloved if you have the anointing, you won't lack what to do.
3. IT LIFTS OFF OBSTRUCTIONS: There are barriers planted on your path to stop you from reaching your divine goal. But when the anointing is released, it melts away any satanic obstruction and embargo on your path.
4. IT GIVES YOU POWER TO DARE: You can't be anointed and you sit with folded legs and hands in your comfort zone. The anointing pulls you off that relaxed position and destroys that lackadaisical approach to life and your purpose.
The anointing was what was driving Jesus everywhere placing restlessness and urgency on Him, until He fulfilled His assignment. When it came upon Jesus in three and a half years He was done with His assignment. It gave Him speed.
Beloved, if you open up to the anointing, you will begin to also discover that speed is given to you to accomplish all of your divine assignment in a grand style in Jesus' name.
PRAYER: Father! By the import of the anointing, every yoke and burden limiting my speed to fulfilling destiny is broken now in Jesus' name.

THE POWER OF PURITY

TOPIC: THE POWER OF PURITY
SCRIPTURE: Let thy garments be always white; and let thy head lack no ointment - Ecclesiastes 9:8
MEMORY VERSE: Psalms 45:7
DIGGING DEEP: Purity is the provoker of God's power! It is a major criteria for the anointing. There is no one that is pure that won't carry the anointing or be used by God. Because purity is the personality of God. Impurity is what turns the unction from anointing into annoying thing. Saul's anointing became an annoying thing because of impurity and disobedience (1 Samuel 16:14).
In other words, the usefulness of anything depends upon its purity. No impure life ever attracts Divine outpour.
There are two dimensions of the Holy Spirit upon us: which are the outpour and the downpour. God pours out Himself into us and this brings alive the Supernatural abilities of God in us (Joel 2:28-29), but the downpour of the Holy Spirit is an heavier and high density outburst of the Spirit of God upon us (Isaiah 32:15), so much so that we are drawn away and totally drunk in Him. That was what happened at Pentecost (Acts 2). They where all drunk and drawn away. These two dimensions are never possible if we have any form of impurity in us.
Our anchor Scripture reveals powerful secret to the anointing "Let thy garments be always white; and let thy head lack no ointment" this means that:
a. There is a vital connection between your state with God and His outpour and downpour on your head: Sin brings cracks in your relationship with God. And if there is a crack in our vessel, there will certainly be a lack of oil upon you. If you don't stop sinning, sin will stop every of God's good in your life.
b. The moment your garment is no longer white, you cannot have oil on your head.
All through the Scriptures, we see that "oil" signifies the Holy Spirit - His gifts and graces. Make it a responsibility to keep the oil of the Holy Spirit in your life always.
Also, follow the example of the Lord Jesus in that He "...lovest righteousness, and hatest wickedness." Then this was what He got! "God, thy God, hath anointed Thee with the oil of gladness above Thy fellows." Psalms 45:7
Remember to always walk with unforgettable consciousness of the oil upon you by keeping yourself pure.

PRAYER: O Lord, I receive grace to always maintain the anointing I am previledged to receive from you in Jesus' name.
I ask for the outpour and downpour of grace upon me like never before in Jesus' name.

TOPIC: THE POWER OF PURITY
SCRIPTURE: Let thy garments be always white; and let thy head lack no ointment - Ecclesiastes 9:8
MEMORY VERSE: Psalms 45:7
DIGGING DEEP: Purity is the provoker of God's power! It is a major criteria for the anointing. There is no one that is pure that won't carry the anointing or be used by God. Because purity is the personality of God. Impurity is what turns the unction from anointing into annoying thing. Saul's anointing became an annoying thing because of impurity and disobedience (1 Samuel 16:14).
In other words, the usefulness of anything depends upon its purity. No impure life ever attracts Divine outpour.
There are two dimensions of the Holy Spirit upon us: which are the outpour and the downpour. God pours out Himself into us and this brings alive the Supernatural abilities of God in us (Joel 2:28-29), but the downpour of the Holy Spirit is an heavier and high density outburst of the Spirit of God upon us (Isaiah 32:15), so much so that we are drawn away and totally drunk in Him. That was what happened at Pentecost (Acts 2). They where all drunk and drawn away. These two dimensions are never possible if we have any form of impurity in us.
Our anchor Scripture reveals powerful secret to the anointing "Let thy garments be always white; and let thy head lack no ointment" this means that:
a. There is a vital connection between your state with God and His outpour and downpour on your head: Sin brings cracks in your relationship with God. And if there is a crack in our vessel, there will certainly be a lack of oil upon you. If you don't stop sinning, sin will stop every of God's good in your life.
b. The moment your garment is no longer white, you cannot have oil on your head.
All through the Scriptures, we see that "oil" signifies the Holy Spirit - His gifts and graces. Make it a responsibility to keep the oil of the Holy Spirit in your life always.
Also, follow the example of the Lord Jesus in that He "...lovest righteousness, and hatest wickedness." Then this was what He got! "God, thy God, hath anointed Thee with the oil of gladness above Thy fellows." Psalms 45:7
Remember to always walk with unforgettable consciousness of the oil upon you by keeping yourself pure.

PRAYER: O Lord, I receive grace to always maintain the anointing I am previledged to receive from you in Jesus' name.
I ask for the outpour and downpour of grace upon me like never before in Jesus' name.

TOPIC: COMPONENTS OF MIRACLES
SCRIPTURE: This beginning of miracles did Jesus in Cana of Galilee, and manifested forth his glory; and his disciples believed on him - John 2:11
MEMORY VERSE: Psalm 77:14
DIGGING DEEP: Miracles are the manifold move of God. It has nothing to do with our abilities or capacities, it is the effect of the finger of God.
Miracles are the manifestations of the work of God (John 9:3). It means that any act of God produces miracles.
Being born again makes you a child of God and puts you in the class of those meant to experience a daily load of the miraculous (Psalms 68:19). The miraculous is the lifestyle of God's children, it is a cheap commodity of the righteous.
Miracles is God doing for you the things that are impossible, and the things that money cannot buy.
Even today miracles are as real as in the days of Jesus. All it takes is obediently walk in His instructions and you will become a living wonder.
What are the main components of a miracle?
1. THE GLORY OF GOD: "...manifested forth his glory..." The expression of the glory of God produces miracles. Anyone who is interested in experiencing the glory of God will always enjoy the miraculous. Anyone that doesn't take God's glory will always reveal God's glory. The glory of God is the nature, ambiance, splendor and beauty of God. The more we seek for God the more he beautifies our lives with miracles.
2. BELIEVE: "... and his disciples believed on him." One stimulant of believe is the miraculous. It is a cheap way to tell the world who God is and win them to God. Miracles also solidifies out hope and faith in God. It gives you proof that God is alive and still does wonders.
Finally, from our anchor Scripture we understand that any miracle that emphasizes and celebrate the vessel (man) rather than God is dangerous, any miracle that does not bring glory back to God is fake and miracles that does not build your faith and believe in God is not a miracle but magic.
As God's previledged servant I decree that you will experience miracles today.
PRAYER: O Lord baptise me with humility today. I refuse to take your glory.

TOPIC: MIND YOUR HEART
SCRIPTURE: For as he thinketh in his heart, so is he: Eat and drink, saith he to thee; but his heart is not with thee - Proverbs 23:7
MEMORY VERSE: Romans 12:2
DIGGING DEEP: There is a connection between who you are and your heart. Your thinking influences your living. Even in medicine it has been proven that when the heart is sick it affects the whole body and in many occasions it is detrimental to survival. Hence the condition of the heart has direct influence on our life.
What occupies your heart is what occupies your life. The realities of your life is a product of your heart.
Your heart coordinates your life. Your heart cannot be at work and your life won't be working. Nothing shrinks your life like a bad heart.
Many people were delivered from several yokes but still fall back to their vomit. It not because God has not done a thorough job on them but the failure to guard their heart is restricting the proof of what God has wrought in them. Beloved, bad habits are a product of the strongholds of the mind.
I once read a story of an adult elephant whose front leg is tied to a small rope and without chains nor cages it couldn't breakaway, it still remained on same spot. The trainer was asked and he said “when they are very young and much smaller we use the same size rope to tie them and, at that age, it’s enough to hold them. As they grow up, they are conditioned to believe they cannot break away. They believe the rope can still hold them, so they never try to break free.”
The strongest stronghold is that of your mind. There are many people who cannot receive great things from God because they have what I call small perception/reception syndrome. The capacity of their heart is small, their heart is shrinked to believe in small things only.
You can't make giant strides when you have a teeny heart. You cannot have a lion's heart and not rule in the jungle of this life. David went after the bear that took his sheep and removed it from it's teeth (1 Samuel 17:34) because he was strong at heart. What you can pursue is based on how powerful your heart is. If you have a daring heart you can overcome challenges in life.
Our anchor Scripture says that "For as he thinketh in his heart, so is he..." Four implications of this is :
1.You can a times say it and not mean it but you can never think it and not mean it.
2. When your heart is involved your life is involved.
3. If you stop thinking, you start stinking. If you start thinking right your life will become alright.
4. You can revolutionize your life when you change the contents of your thoughts.
Finally, don't cripple your life by how you think. Because what you think becomes what you believe, what you believe determines what relieve you get. Whatever you can conceive and believe, you can achieve!
I pray for you any captivity of your mind is broken right now in Jesus' name.
PRAYER: O Lord, I refuse wrong thoughts in Jesus' name. I break free from any satanic habit that has formed strongholds in my mind in Jesus' name

TOPIC: BORN FOR THIS
SCRIPTURE: For if you remain silent at this time, relief and deliverance for the Jews will arise from another place, but you and your father's family will perish. And who knows but that you have come to your royal position for such a time as this?" - Esther 4:14
MEMORY VERSE: Psalm 139:2
DIGGING DEEP: The way you live your life has direct impact on others. Adams error indicted the whole of human race for life (Romans 5:12). That is why in the season we are, foolishness and living life without a sense of purpose should not be condoled. Your quietness can be detrimental to the victory or failure of a generation.
The way you live your life is very important because destinies are interconnected, so if you fail it results in the failure of others.
Denying Gods call and purpose for your existence is an Irreversible mistake. Embracing it is the greatest discoveries of all time. Why is purpose important?
i. Life is boring when you don't know the reason you were born.
ii. Life remains a mystery if you don't know the reason you were born.
iii. Life becomes a burden if you don't know the reason you were born
iv. Purposelessness is the reason many squander life and make blunder of existence.
V. Purpose is the definition of your existence. Living life undefined is living without refining others: It is living without been a blessing to others. Simply put it this way a Purposeless existence is an impactless existence.
Purpose beautifies existence and maintains your consistency is fulfilling God's mandate for your life.
Nothing fires you from within like understanding who God created you to be. Nothing is so worrisome and disheartening like God blessing you with long life and you get to the brink of it seeing that you haven't started living what He sent you to the earth to accomplish.
See, living life with all sense of purpose changes you from been a joker into a worker.
Understand that you were born:
1. To bring God profit (Job 22:2).
2. To bring God glory (Isaiah 43:6-7).
Esther in our text didn't know that she was sent to occupy that position for others. But when Esther understood her purpose, she became committed to it in prayer and fasting and fulfilled it in two days. Beloved, God sent you to the earth for a time as this maximize it and fulfil it.
Finally, a blessed life is a product of purposeful living.
I pray for you, you will fulfil God's purpose(s) for your life and countless generations will be proud of you in Jesus' name.
PRAYER: O Lord i refuse to live a Purposeless life in Jesus' name.

THE VOICE OF GOD

TOPIC: THE VOICE OF GOD
SCRIPTURE: 3 The voice of the Lord is over the waters; The God of glory thunders; The Lord is over many waters.
4 The voice of the Lord is powerful; The voice of the Lord is full of majesty.
5 The voice of the Lord breaks the cedars,
Yes, the Lord splinters the cedars of Lebanon.
6 He makes them also skip like a calf,
Lebanon and Sirion like a young wild ox.
7 The voice of the Lord divides the flames of fire.
8 The voice of the Lord shakes the wilderness;
The Lord shakes the Wilderness of Kadesh.
9 The voice of the Lord makes the deer give birth,
And strips the forests bare;
And in His temple everyone says, “Glory!”
- Psalm 29:3-9
MEMORY VERSE: Psalm 33:9
DIGGING DEEP: The Voice of God is unique and totally different from the voice of man and other voice. In essence, God does not speak the way men talks, His vocabulary are different, the effect is deep and very powerful. So lack of access to the voice of God is to be void of power.
The word of God is the container of the voice of God. Access to the word of God terminates every voicelessness in your life. As a privileged servant of the Most High God anything reducing the loudness of your voice in your season and generation i decree it is broken now in Jesus' name. From today your voice will be heard in high and great places.
Our anchor Scripture reveals that the voice of God is over the water (Psalm 29:3) and Ephesians 5:26 says that the water is the word of God. The voice of God is exemplified as thunder. This means that:
i. Thunder comes from above. Since it comes from above; it surpasses all other sounds, it inspires awe, and forces terror on the your adversary.
ii. Whenever the voice of God is expressed ferocious spark of light is revealed: This means that the voice of God lightens us and gives us insight, hindsight and foresight. The voice of God dispels every darkness in our lives, ministry, family and all other areas of our lives. No light, no sight; no sight, no move. Hence the secret behind powerful moves is the voice of God.
Let's observe four powerful effect of the voice of God amongst others:
1. THE VOICE OF GOD IS A BREAKER: "The voice of the Lord breaks..." (Psalm 29:5). There is nothing too hard for the voice of God to break. It means that the voice of God is the transmitter of our breakthroughs. The release of the word breaks barriers and brings breakthrough. I see the voice of God breaking every yoke and obstacles out of your life in the name of Jesus.
2. THE VOICE OF THE LORD IS A DIVIDER: " The voice of the Lord divides..." (Psalm 29:7).The Isrealites where stranded before the red sea and all they probably would have needed was a miraculous large ship that would convey them to the other side of the sea, but God divided it. The voice of God does not only create miracles, it is the miracle. It can divide the red seas before you today. The word of God reached Abram and separated him from generational bloodline delay and curses (Genesis 12:1-3)
3. THE VOICE OF THE LORD IS A SHAKER: "The voice of the Lord shakes..."(Psalm 29:8). There are structures that needs to be shaken off from you. When the foundation of the prison was shaken for Paul and Silas their chains fell off and the doors opened (Acts 16:26).
4. THE VOICE OF THE LORD IS A MAKER: "The voice of the Lord makes..." (Psalm 29:9). It has the capacity to bring into existence things that be not. It creates miracles and surprises. TOPIC: THE VOICE OF GOD
SCRIPTURE: 3 The voice of the Lord is over the waters; The God of glory thunders; The Lord is over many waters.
4 The voice of the Lord is powerful; The voice of the Lord is full of majesty.
5 The voice of the Lord breaks the cedars,
Yes, the Lord splinters the cedars of Lebanon.
6 He makes them also skip like a calf,
Lebanon and Sirion like a young wild ox.
7 The voice of the Lord divides the flames of fire.
8 The voice of the Lord shakes the wilderness;
The Lord shakes the Wilderness of Kadesh.
9 The voice of the Lord makes the deer give birth,
And strips the forests bare;
And in His temple everyone says, “Glory!”

MEMORY VERSE: Psalm 33:9
DIGGING DEEP: The Voice of God is unique and totally different from the voice of man and other voice. In essence, God does not speak the way men talks, His vocabulary are different, the effect is deep and very powerful. So lack of access to the voice of God is to be void of power.
The word of God is the container of the voice of God. Access to the word of God terminates every voicelessness in your life. As a privileged servant of the Most High God anything reducing the loudness of your voice in your season and generation i decree it is broken now in Jesus' name. From today your voice will be heard in high and great places.
Our anchor Scripture reveals that the voice of God is over the water (Psalm 29:3) and Ephesians 5:26 says that the water is the word of God. The voice of God is exemplified as thunder. This means that:
i. Thunder comes from above. Since it comes from above; it surpasses all other sounds, it inspires awe, and forces terror on the your adversary.
ii. Whenever the voice of God is expressed ferocious spark of light is revealed: This means that the voice of God lightens us and gives us insight, hindsight and foresight. The voice of God dispels every darkness in our lives, ministry, family and all other areas of our lives. No light, no sight; no sight, no move. Hence the secret behind powerful moves is the voice of God.
Let's observe four powerful effect of the voice of God amongst others:
1. THE VOICE OF GOD IS A BREAKER: "The voice of the Lord breaks..." (Psalm 29:5). There is nothing too hard for the voice of God to break. It means that the voice of God is the transmitter of our breakthroughs. The release of the word breaks barriers and brings breakthrough. I see the voice of God breaking every yoke and obstacles out of your life in the name of Jesus.
2. THE VOICE OF THE LORD IS A DIVIDER: " The voice of the Lord divides..." (Psalm 29:7).The Isrealites where stranded before the red sea and all they probably would have needed was a miraculous large ship that would convey them to the other side of the sea, but God divided it. The voice of God does not only create miracles, it is the miracle. It can divide the red seas before you today. The word of God reached Abram and separated him from generational bloodline delay and curses (Genesis 12:1-3)
3. THE VOICE OF THE LORD IS A SHAKER: "The voice of the Lord shakes..."(Psalm 29:8). There are structures that needs to be shaken off from you. When the foundation of the prison was shaken for Paul and Silas their chains fell off and the doors opened (Acts 16:26).
4. THE VOICE OF THE LORD IS A MAKER: "The voice of the Lord makes..." (Psalm 29:9). It has the capacity to bring into existence things that be not. It creates miracles and surprises. TOPIC: CONTENT OF POWERFUL PRAYER
SCRIPTURE: 16 Confess your faults one to another, and pray one for another, that ye may be healed. The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much.
17 Elias was a man subject to like passions as we are, and he prayed earnestly that it might not rain: and it rained not on the earth by the space of three years and six months.
18 And he prayed again, and the heaven gave rain, and the earth brought forth her fruit - James 5:16-18
MEMORY VERSE: Luke 4:1-2
DIGGING DEEP: Prayer is powerful in itself because it is an avenue for interacting with the all powerful God.
A powerful prayer is not an intellectually or emotionally crafted or developed prayer. It is one that moves from our lips like a rocket out of the earth's space into the very presence of God and reverberates back to us with answers.
The pursuit of God is never complete without prayer been involved. Prayer is powerful because it is like fuel that keeps our Spiritual engine running. Any believer that is low on prayer is low in power and is noneffective. Prayer turns you into a hot coal and nothing and not even the devil can not dare come around you or touch you anyhow.
Prayer is powerful because it builds in you capacity to wade off temptation. Jesus had just rounded off a long season of prayer and fasting when the devil appeared and all of his tricks and darts was destroy by just a command. This was possible because any prayer warrior is a commander and the more we pray the more powerful our command becomes. This is because prayer builds fire and authority into our words, so that when it is released it melts any stranger around.
Prayer is an an act of watching to keep your life and godly deposit intact from satanic marauding invaders. A watch to squash satans plot to snatch your divine inheritance from you (1 Peter 4:7).
Let's take a look at some contents of powerful prayer amongst others as revealed from our anchor Scripture:
1. Faults are absent from it: Powerful prayer is made from a heart that is not concealing any form of fault against another person. If you don't forgive, you are simply wasting your time praying. To be able to pray and heaven respond, forgiveness must be present. You must not allow unforgiveness to drag you from your answers.
2. Righteousness: For prayer to be powerful it must come from one who has a right standing with God. The more solid you are in the Lord, the quicker your access to Him and the more powerful your prayer (Proverbs 15:29).
3. Fervent: Powerful prayer is fervent. That is, it is full of fire. Fervent prayer is to stretch out, to boil and to be full of zeal. It is a type of prayer that will stretch you out of your comfort zone and cause your heart to be full of zeal for God and your spirit to boil. Hence powerful prayer is one which has the capacity to increase your spiritual temperature.
4. Earnest: Powerful prayer is one that has great spiritual gravity; serious purpose and intent. It is full of all earnestness, reality and actuality (as opposed to jesting or feigned appearance). It has high level fixed determination and eagerness.
Finally, prayer without intent and earnestness is praying and playing. This is why many are praying and their heart is thinking many other things it is a focusless prayer and so can't drive home or produce answers.
I prayer for you today that the energy of God will take over your heart and your mouth so that your prayers will begin to yield fruits in Jesus' name.
PRAYER: O Lord, thank you for these keys for powerful prayer. I decree and declare that my prayer begins to carry the fire of the Lord in Jesus' name.

MEETING DIVINE EXPECTATION

TOPIC: MEETING DIVINE EXPECTATION
SCRIPTURE: The next day as they were leaving Bethany, Jesus was hungry.
Seeing in the distance a fig tree in leaf, he went to find out if it had any fruit. When he reached it, he found nothing but leaves, because it was not the season for figs.
Then he said to the tree, “May no one ever eat fruit from you again.” And his disciples heard him say it - Mark 11:12-14
MEMORY VERSE: John 15:8
DIGGING DEEP: A Tree is a large plant having branches. It is has evolved in structure and function. Every plant that has evolved into a tree has deep roots, has height, and has width. It is expected of the tree to provide shade from the scorching sun and produce fruits. But the utmost desire of any planter is to see that the tree he has planted, nutured, trimmed and guarded to maturity bears fruit and succor.
Anyone that is born again is the planting of the Lord and is likened to a tree (Psalm 92:12, 58:2, 1:3). And His desire of us is not different, He wants us to grow in depth, in width, in height, and in function (fruit bearing). But sadly today, there are believers who look like it but are not it. They look like they have the word in them but are empty, they look like they are prayerful but are prayerless, they look like they have fruits of the Holy Spirit but have nothing in them. The outside looks it but inside is not it. They just have the form of godliness but no evidence.
Our text reveals that Jesus was hungry and He needed to eat, He saw this plant from afar full of leaves looking as if it has fruits and His expectations was aroused but on getting close to it, there was no fruit and He cursed it immediately. The implication of this is that:
a. God is hungry: God has a desire that only you can meet, an hunger that only you can quench. God is seeking men who will seek Him and bear His fruits on earth (Isaiah 6:8).
b. He has high expectation of you: He trusts that His investment in your life will never be fruitless. He desires that the leaves of righteousness (which is the word of God) in you will translate into the fruits of righteousness (Philippians 1:11).
c. God is angry with mature and unfruitful trees: God has zero tolerance for this class of people these are the set of people in Hebrews 5:12 "By this time you ought to be teachers yourselves, yet here I find you need someone to sit down with you and go over the basics on God again, starting from square one - baby's milk, when you should have been on solid food long ago! describe when you ought to be adult you are still fighting to understand basic truths."
d. To avoid judgement is to be fruitful: To be unfruitful is to be useless to God. Nothing attracts a curse like fruitlessness. If you remain unfruitful, you are unfit for God. He can't feed from you. What does God feed from a fruitful son or daughter? He gets back glory. The more fruitful we are the more glory He gets (John 15:8).
It doesn't matter how long you have known the Lord, how high you have gone (maybe now you are a bishop, a pastor and so on), it doesn't matter how long you have been in Church or how mature you seem to look like, if you don't produce fruits, you are useless to God.
I pray for you today, you will be fruitful in Jesus' name.
PRAYER: O Lord everything in me that is making me barren and unfruitful in you take it off me today. Help me to bear fruits unto righteousness in Jesus' name.

TOPIC: AN ISREALITE INDEED
SCRIPTURE: 47 Jesus saw Nathanael coming to him, and saith of him, Behold an Israelite indeed, in whom is no guile!
48 Nathanael saith unto him, Whence knowest thou me? Jesus answered and said unto him, Before that Philip called thee, when thou wast under the fig tree, I saw thee - John 1:47-48
MEMORY VERSE: Galatians 3:17
DIGGING DEEP: Your identity is who you truly are when others are not seeing you. It is not your presentation before people only that matters, it is your personality before God that truly counts. God sees you where you are and how you are. He knows where you are right now, He knows your house address, your bank account balance, He knows your name, your descendants and your destination. Simply put that He knows everything about you. But what interest Him the most is your heart.
Our anchor text reveals that when Jesus saw Nathaniel, He said "Behold an Isrealite indeed, in whom there is no guile." It means that one may be a Christian and not be a Christian indeed, one can actually know God and do religion without knowing God indeed. You became a spiritual Isrealite when we became born again (Galatians 3:29). And if you are now truly an Isrealite, what are the proofs that you are an Isrealite indeed?
1. A GOD SEEKER AND A GOD CHASER: Jacob who later became Isreal was a tireless God seeker and God chaser (Genesis 32:28).
2. A DETERMINED GOD PLEASER: Abraham our Father was one who lived his life pleasing the Lord. Pleasing God is living life bringing satisfaction unto God. A person that lives life pleasing God is irritated by the very things that irritates God.
3. THERE IS A COVENANT RELATIONSHIP WITH GOD: Covenant is an oath that binds God and man together.
4. CONFESSION AND PROFESSION AGREES: Your conduct and your words match. Integrity is high and no guile or any form of insincerity is found in a true Isrealite.
5. BORN AGAIN AND SEEKING TO FULFIL THE LAWS OF GOD: It is repenting and turning away from sin and following the principles of God to the later.
6. A WORSHIPPER: Every other nation might worship other God's but an Isrealite indeed worship God from His heart. This is the bedrock for daily spiritual cleansing. Because as you worship Him, He washes you.
I pray for you, you will not operate a double standard life in Jesus' name.
PRAYER: O Lord, any form of guile in me, i submit it before you, take it away from me in Jesus' name.

1. A GOD SEEKER AND A GOD CHASER: Jacob who later became Isreal was a tireless God seeker and God chaser (Genesis 32:28).
2. A DETERMINED GOD PLEASER: Abraham our Father was one who lived his life pleasing the Lord. Pleasing God is living life bringing satisfaction unto God. A person that lives life pleasing God is irritated by the very things that irritates God.
3. THERE IS A COVENANT RELATIONSHIP WITH GOD: Covenant is an oath that binds God and man together.
4. CONFESSION AND PROFESSION AGREES: Your conduct and your words match. Integrity is high and no guile or any form of insincerity is found in a true Isrealite.
5. BORN AGAIN AND SEEKING TO FULFIL THE LAWS OF GOD: It is repenting and turning away from sin and following the principles of God to the later.
6. A WORSHIPPER: Every other nation might worship other God's but an Isrealite indeed worship God from His heart. This is the bedrock for daily spiritual cleansing. Because as you worship Him, He washes you.
I pray for you, you will not operate a double standard life in Jesus' name.

TOPIC: POWER IN SMALL BEGINNING
SCRIPTURE: "The kingdom of heaven is like a grain of mustard seed that a man took and sowed in his field. It is the smallest of all seeds, but when it has grown it is larger than all the garden plants and becomes a tree, so that the birds of the air come and make nests in its branches." (Matthew 13:31-32)
"For who has despised the day of small things?" Zechariah 4:9.
MEMORY VERSE: Luke 18:27
DIGGING DEEP: When you don't put into work the things that the Lord has invested into your life, you become a disappointment to the Creator.
In the parable of the talents (Matthew 25:14-30), Jesus exposed that the Lord was totally disappointed by the servant that was given little talent and did nothing with it.
Our text reveals that:
i. Greatness is always hidden in small things
ii. Big impact is possible if the right little seeds are sown.
iii. Small beginnings if not despised can inspire greatness.
Small things if well invested can be transformed into great things. In our world today, many people are in a rush to become great over night, they want their ministry, business and so on to be big. This quest have dragged many into cultism and into many ungodly things.
That is why many are crashing out of greatness. Starting small is paying the price that will sustain your rise.
Importance Of Small Beginnings:
1. Trains you: There is no greatness without training. Small beginnings helps you to rehearse greatness over and over again. David trained in the bush little by little before he could stand Goliath.
2. Builds Solid Foundation: Small beginning helps you to build the foundation for what God has given to you. It gives you time to dig and evaluate. Why many people fail in the pursuit of their God given dream is that they didn't take time out to dig the foundation needed for what they want.
The deeper you dig in your season of small beginning the higher the facility you can build on it and the longer it lasts.
3. Capacity Development: Many faint and get tired in the pursuit of their dream because they lack stamina and capacity to drive on.
4. Character Development: Getting to the top is good but staying there is what matters. Character is the secret of great people because attitude determines altitude. A person who lacks character can not sustain greatness.
5. Planing And Strategy: Proverbs 21:5 "The plans of the diligent lead surely to abundance..." This is building technical ability. Strategy gives you energy to push and do things differently.
Greatness is the little seeds planted in the soil of purpose and character.
Do not despise the days of your little beginning. Before the beautiful butterfly emerges, it goes through several stages of transformation, anyone who probably had seen it in the caterpillar phase won't believe that a beautiful thing is brewing up. So it is with greatness, it does not always look like it in the beginning but wait for it, it will speak in the end. Beloved, don't give up on your-dream pursue it. Don't be discouraged to start where you are and as you are. If you wait to start big, you will waste. Don't waste God's investment in your life by been covetous and lazy. Stand up and begin.
Remember better is the end of a matter than the beginning thereof (Job 8:7).
I pray for you, you won't end small in the name of Jesus.

TOPIC: DANGERS OF SPIRITUAL EMPTINESS
SCRIPTURE: “When the evil spirit goes out of a man it wanders through waterless places looking for rest and never finding it. Then it says, ‘I will go back to my house from which I came.’ When it arrives it finds it unoccupied, but clean and all in order. Then it goes and collects seven other spirits more evil than itself to keep it company, and they all go in and make themselves at home. The last state of that man is worse than the first—and that is just what will happen to this evil generation.”

MEMORY VERSE: Ephesians 4:27
DIGGING DEEP: One of the laws of existence is that there is no vacuum in life. So it applies to the spirit realm, there is never any vacancy. It is either God fills our void or the devil.
When you are not engaging in spiritual activities, you are engaging in something else and gradually, the devil takes over and when he does, things stops working. So having this understanding we must do all we can daily to be full of God.
Todays anchor Scripture reveals two dangers of Spiritual emptiness:
1. Spiritual Emptiness is key to spiritual vulnerability: “When the evil spirit goes out of a man it wanders through waterless places looking for rest and never finding it. Then it says, ‘I will go back to my house from which I came.’ When it arrives it finds it unoccupied, but clean and all in order." The devil is constantly looking for those who are spiritually empty to occupy. What occupies a person reveals the occupation that individual will be engaged in. It simply means that, what occupy you, is what controls you.
2. Spiritual emptiness is the rooy of demonic controls: "Then it goes and collects seven other spirits more evil than itself to keep it company, and they all go in and make themselves at home. The last state of that man is worse than the first." Spiritual emptiness is an invitation to other demons. The enemy always wants to conquer a man. In doing so, they try to gain access into a person and when they do, they want to grind the person to a total halt spiritually.
Spiritual emptiness is a stronghold for controlling spirits. The reason why Judas sold Jesus was not because he lacked money, it was because he didn't deal with controlling spirits hence they grounded his life, ministry and position in Christ.
When you take a critical look at the way you act or do things you will know if you are been controlled by the Spirit of God or something else is controlling your life.
This is the reason we must be deligent and stand against the whiles of the devil; so that we do not give the devil any foothold in our lives [Ephesians 4:27].
Finally, satans foothold is satan's stronghold on a person. Check those things that easily besets you wrestle it off in prayer, the study of the word and fill your heart with the Holy Spirit until you are fully fortified.
I pray for you today, may you be full of God in Jesus' name.
PRAYER: O Lord i destroy every demonic stronghold in my life in the name of Jesus.

SERVING GOD-CHASING MEN

TOPIC: SERVING GOD-CHASING MEN
SCRIPTURE: Jesus saith to Simon Peter, Simon, son of Jonas, lovest thou me more than these? He saith unto him, Yea, Lord; thou knowest that I love thee. He saith unto him, Feed my lambs. He saith to him again the second time, Simon, son of Jonas, lovest thou me? He saith unto him, Yea, Lord; thou knowest that I love thee. He saith unto him, Feed my sheep. He saith unto him the third time, Simon, son of Jonas, Lovest thou me? Peter was grieved because he said unto him the third time, Lovest thou me? And he said unto him, Lord, thou knowest all things; thou knowest that I love thee. Jesus saith unto him, Feed my sheep —John 21:15-17.
MEMORY VERSE: John 3:16
DIGGING DEEP: It does not matter how long you gave your life to God, or how long you have been serving the Lord. It does not matter the positions you have occupied or the things you have done, if you are careless about God and His work, your love for Him will wax cold. Jesus said one of the reasons why the love of many will wax cold is because of iniquity (Matthew24:12). Nothing deletes God's love from the heart of a man like iniquity.
Iniquity is the inner act of willfulness against God. It involves the attitudes of the heart. Iniquity is doing our own will instead of God’s will. It is a stronghold that builds up overtime and it affects our service unto God.
A loveless service is a valueless service. The crash of love results in the crash of service.
Service rendered out of love for God attracts reward. Love is a nonnegotiable requirement for resultful and impactful kingdom service.
When your love for God is effervescent and sporadic then your service will be effective, infective and magnetic.
Many serve God out of demand, serve because someone is there, serve because they want to impress, to be seen, noticed, known or congratulated this is service of futility it holds no ground in the kingdom and hence no kingdom reward is attached to it.
From our text Jesus asked Peter a solemn question "lovest thou me more than these? Peter responded and said that "Yea, Lord; thou knowest that I love thee." And Jesus said unto him, Feed my lambs." From this we understand that:
i. Service unto God is not as important as our relationship with Him.
ii. The heart is more important than the service.
iii. How we serve is a product of how we love the Lord.
When Jesus asked Peter that do you love me? He was inferring to sacrificial love or total commitment. This type of love embraces with all responsiveness by putting self out. In essence, Jesus was asking Peter if he would sacrifice all and give himself completely for Him. But Peter said "you know i love You." Peter was trying to tell Jesus that you remember how i tried to stop them from taking you? You see how i was outspoken about you? He was telling Jesus that you know i am fond of you; have affection; and feelings. This is love based on emotions and feelings. This type of emotion operates the thermostats principle it changes with conditions. It is temporal and has no root. It is love of convienence only.
When you refuse to allow your love for God to be submerged in approval of men, and we don't allow our love to be taken away by other cares of life then our services to God would have impact in heaven and cause supernatural effect on earth.
I pray for you today, your love for God will not be temporal in the name of Jesus.
PRAYER: O Lord help me to love You deeply and wholly in Jesus' name.

CRITERIA FOR THE ANOINTING

TOPIC: CRITERIA FOR THE ANOINTING
SCRIPTURE: Then washed I thee with water; yea, I throughly washed away thy blood from thee, and I anointed thee with oil - Ezekiel 16:9
MEMORY VERSE: Psalm 89:20
DIGGING DEEP: God does not anoint until one is thoroughly washed. This implies that the only way to be anointed of the Lord is after you have been truly washed. Absolute consecration and purification is key to the anointing.
It is a fact that God’s vessel's of power and impact must be holy. It is a major requirement for the release of the power of God. You can not be pure and not enjoy the flow of the oil of God.
The biggest enemy of the oil of God on your life is the presence of sin.
Just as you cannot eat from a dirty plate or drink water from a dirty cup so it is with God. God can not use you until He washes you. God does nothing with unclean vessels.
In our text God reveals that it is His function to wash us.
Why is washing so important:
1. Been washed gives us legal right to be a part of God: “Peter, if I don’t wash your feet, you have no part with Me” (John 13:8). Jesus was simply saying here is that: i) If you are not washed, He has no business to transact with you.
ii) If you are not washed, He can't use you.
iii) If you are not washed, He has no position in you.
iv) If you are not washed, you have no share in Him.
If you have no part in God, you have no part in His power. If you have no part in God, heaven can never partner with you.
2. It is a stamp of sanctification: "That he might sanctify and cleanse it with the washing of water..." (Ephesians 5:26). Sanctification is key to unction.
3. It is in been washed that our kingship and priesthood manifests (Revelation 1:5-6): Our Kingship and priesthood is authenticated when we are washed.
Our text reveals two level/types of Divine washing:
a. "Then washed I thee with water": This refers to the body of sin been washed.
b. "I throughly washed away thy blood from thee": This is the washing of the nature of sin.
These levels of washing was handled at Calvary and emboldened by our committed walk with God. As we daily genuinely release ourselves into the word and fellowship with God we are constantly washed and we keep attaining perfection.
God does not withhold His oil from the lives of those who have given themselves wholly unto Him. Those who have allowed the nature and the body of sin to be washed away by His word and the blood of Jesus.
Finally, beloved the reason the flow of God's oil is scarce is because worthy vessels are scarce, but i pray for you today, God is washing you and through you there will be an outburst of the anointing of God in measures that has never been seen before in Jesus' name.
PRAYER: O Lord cleanse me through and through in Jesus' name.
Lord make my life overflow with your Holy oil. Use me to become a portal for the flow of your fire, revival, anointing to the world in Jesus' name.

TOPIC: CRITERIA FOR THE ANOINTING
SCRIPTURE: Then washed I thee with water; yea, I throughly washed away thy blood from thee, and I anointed thee with oil - Ezekiel 16:9
MEMORY VERSE: Psalm 89:20
DIGGING DEEP: God does not anoint until one is thoroughly washed. This implies that the only way to be anointed of the Lord is after you have been truly washed. Absolute consecration and purification is key to the anointing.
It is a fact that God’s vessel's of power and impact must be holy. It is a major requirement for the release of the power of God. You can not be pure and not enjoy the flow of the oil of God.
The biggest enemy of the oil of God on your life is the presence of sin.
Just as you cannot eat from a dirty plate or drink water from a dirty cup so it is with God. God can not use you until He washes you. God does nothing with unclean vessels.
In our text God reveals that it is His function to wash us.
Why is washing so important:
1. Been washed gives us legal right to be a part of God: “Peter, if I don’t wash your feet, you have no part with Me” (John 13:8). Jesus was simply saying here is that: i) If you are not washed, He has no business to transact with you.
ii) If you are not washed, He can't use you.
iii) If you are not washed, He has no position in you.
iv) If you are not washed, you have no share in Him.

MYSTERY OF THE COMMUNION

TOPIC: MYSTERY OF THE COMMUNION
SCRIPTURE: And he took bread, and gave thanks, and brake it, and gave unto them, saying, This is my body which is given for you: this do in remembrance of me.
Likewise also the cup after supper, saying, This cup is the new testament in my blood, which is shed for you.
But, behold, the hand of him that betrayeth me is with me on the table - Luke 22:19-21
MEMORY VERSE: 1 Corinthians 11:24-25
DIGGING DEEP: Understanding kingdom mysteries, puts you in command. One of the mysteries of the kingdom is the Communion table. It is not a ritual, it is a blessing. It is a Divine ordinance for Supernatural dominance. The Communion is God’s ordained channel of establishing the validity of the finished work of Christ.
The Communion consists of the body and the blood of Jesus which are symbolized by the bread and the wine.
Firstly, the life of any creature is in the blood (Leviticus 7:11): this means that the blood is what keeps the body from been lifeless (that is to say that a bloodless body is a lifeless body), the blood keeps the body from decay and keeps a person alive and relevant on the earth. In the absence of the blood, a person is a past tense and is termed as 'late'. So in the same vein, the blood of Jesus infuses the very life of God into us. The absence of the blood of Jesus in our lives makes that individual lifeless and spiritually irrelevant. The Communion transmits the life of God into your body.
Secondly, the physical human blood flows to every organ, system and body parts to irrigate it. So when we take the communion, we take in the blood and it flows into your organs and system. If a cancer exists in any they melt away, if any virus, bacteria or even poison exists it is removed.
The blood maintains the integrity of our spiritual and physical body.
Our text further reveals that the Communion brings back alive (rememberance) the power of the victory of Jesus over sin, the devil and all of his activities in the life of man. So when you take the Communion you relive and put shame on the devil in reminding him that over two thousand years ago Jesus paid the price for your victory, deliverance, salvation and liberty.
Also the Communion is a New Testament/Covenant.
Finally, it was at the Communion that Jesus exposed the one who was to betray Him. I believe that as we commune with Him, light is given to us and satanic strategies, schemes and attacks are exposed.
I decree and declare that by the virtue of the Communion, any satanic plot against your life and family are totally exposed in Jesus' name.
PRAYER: O Lord I recieve understanding of and I enforce the miraculous power of the Communion today in Jesus' name.
